Stuff were fabulous, wi-fi was good, and I appreciated its ideal location very close to the centre, the river, the city center. The room was very spacious, comfy bed.

the rooms were silent, the staff was responsive, the breakfast was fantastic. strategic location to church peter and paul. also, i appreciated how strategic the location was. they made my stay warm.

Breakfast was nice - a great selection of food. Room was good sized, bigger then in most Karlovy Vary hotels. Honestly no complaints.

Unbeatable location and GREAT service. Diana lookout tower is around the corner. Our room was pretty and met needs well. Pizzeria Capri, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel.
